Hi Gail,
Just wondering if you have to be over 50 to join your Women Aging Young group? I am 47 now and feel the same that you do about aging with grace.

No age restrictions! It is a good idea to start sooner anyway. Did you fill out the survey and opt in for updates?
I belong to a “senior” hiking group in Durango. When younger folks ask if they can join, the answer is “only if you can keep up”.
I would love to have you.
