About Gail

Hi, my name is Gail Davidson. I live just outside of Durango,  which is in the very SW corner of Colorado. I am a single woman (divorced in ‘77), have four sons ages 40 to 45 and have just passed my 66th birthday.

SinceI have breached the cusp of 65, I know that I want to branch out to touch the lives of women who are over 50, 60, and 70 with the concept, the belief, that growing older proudly, energetically and joyfully can and is possible!

WomenAgingYoung is the beginning. This blog site will ask you to consider changing your belief, if you have it, of passively sitting by and deteriorating as you get older. Yes, we will age, however, you and I can take responsibility for our continued vitality, mental acuity, and body health.

We will get a blog going, create a group, a forum. WomenAgingYoung will offer guidelines, solutions, and practical to dos that will bring all of us along during this most creative time of our lives. Will you join us?
